It had to happen sooner or later. Some people are working on creating video clothing which will allow advertisers to put video advertisements on your clothing. I, personally, have no desire to have an LCD strapped to my back, but maybe I’m in the minority on that one (though I doubt it).

Well..
If they pay you per add, then I presume a fair few people would be in on it. But I guess they would have to work out some form of tracking. How would they know that you are wearing the clothes and they are not just sitting ona bed somewhere? And it would be rather useless advertising if you are sitting alone in your lounge room watching tv.
