Is Idealab in Trouble?

A good look at the upcoming (maybe?) Idealab IPO in Business Week, where they point out some of the more significant problems the company might face. Including among these are a promise on their last fund raising round that the investors would not lose money. This could mean that those investors end up with significantly more of the company than was originally promised. Business Week also takes a few pot shots at the companies Idealab has created.
