Europe's E-problem

from the we-all-knew-it-was-coming dept

It seems that Europe may be heading for a big shortage in skilled people to support it’s start-ups. This is nothing new to most people familar with the development of the tech scene in the US but it could be worse for Europe as there is still a “brain drain” occuring, pulling people towards the US. With IT shortages already common, Europe has to start dealing with some of its major issues, such as over taxation and a risk adverse culture (if it wants to keep its skilled employees).
