Kozmo Accused of Racism

Kozmo.com is apparently being accused of racism. If you look at the areas they serve, they look questionable, according to one report. Of course, Kozmo claims they chose locations based on internet penetration, and that tends to be higher in higher income areas (the study shows that Kozmo’s choice of areas were also higher income).
