eCompare screws up

from the You-must-be-brain-dead dept

eCompare decided to start using Zagat restaurant reviews on its Sprint PCS service offerings. Unfortunately, they never received licensing permission for the content. eCompare claims someone at Zagat said “Go ahead and use it.” Give me a friggin break. You would have to be a moron to think that was a legally binding license, even if someone really did say that, which I doubt.
