From Communism to Dot Coms

An article about investors looking in formerly communist countries for the next dot com wonders. My concern with these is that some people might get suckered into thinking that all dot coms mean becoming instant millionaires. I wonder how some of these companies will deal with the business environment if the bubble really bursts.
