Misguided lawsuit

Some jack-ass is suing Intuit for disclosing personal information that he provided while using the Quicken.com Web site. This is grossly mis-guided in my opinion. This is most likely a result of the Doubleclick debacle and Intuit shouldn’t be held responsible. In fact, I don’t think anyone should actually be held responsible to the point of financial damages. Doubleclick screwed up, without a dobut, and they should damn well fix it, but suing people isn’t going to solve the problem. Next thing you know, this guy will be suing me…
