VeriSign Buys Network Solutions

Well, this one was a huge surprise. VeriSign is buying Network Solutions. I’m not really sure that this fits with VeriSign’s business. Also, while they are getting a big monopoly, it’s a monopoly that’s a huge mess. It’s going to take a lot of work to fix up Network Solutions.
