Returning online orders

from the Such-is-life dept

There are reports that buyers from Amazon.com are returning their books to local stores like B&N and Borders. Since both stores take back books in new condition, with or without a receipt, and give in-store credit, the policies are being taken into question. The fact is, it’s dishonest. Stupid people cause policies like this to change, hurting all of us.
