Believe it or not, the worlds first double hand transplant has been done in France. The patient lost both his hands in an explosions and yesterday it was announced that the lengthy operation to attach both bits of the donated limbs had been completed with apparent sucess. I wonder what the vatican will have to say about this ? Whatever, anyone says, this type of progress is important to assist people who previously would have lived their life without much hope of living a normal life.
