Bill Gurley Discusses the Incentives of Cold, Hard Cash

from the making-money dept

The latest Bill Gurley column about what he considers the next stage in the internet economy: people making money. Of course, you might think that a lot of people have already made money on the internet, but he’s talking about a broader group of people who use or participate in different services on the web and get paid for that. It’s (as always) an interesting read, though I’m not sure I completely agree with his conclusions, and his history of the internet isn’t completely accurate.
