Novell Chief Blames Cookies for Credit Card Theft

Novell’s CEO, Eric Schmidt claims that his credit card number was stolen online, and he blames cookies for the problem. While cookies definitely do have some issues in terms of privacy and security, I’ve never heard of them being used to steal credit card numbers before.
