AOL everywhere!

It looks like AOL is continuing their strategy of finding new ways to gain customers. Details have yet to be disclosed but AOL has announced a 3 year deal with NET2PHONE to provide a phone service over the internet. Is AOL going to compete directly with AT&T for phone services ? I would warn the Telecom companies to keep there eyes on this deal, just in case.
