Can Small Startups Survive?

An interesting take on the idea that some companies don’t seem to stand much of a chance after a big portal copies their idea and adds it to their offering. The article makes it sound as if these poor startups are getting killed by these big bad portals. What they don’t consider is the idea that these little startups should never have been companies in the first place. They were simply good product ideas, but not business ideas. Something that way too many people involved in the internet forget. To build a business, the idea still has to be a business idea.
