PDAs 6X More Expensive Then You Think

GartnerGroup, causing problems as always, is now saying that a $500 PDA really will cost $2700 when they apply all sorts of silly other costs to the matter, and claim it’s a big problem for IS departments to deal with. While this may be somewhat true, it (of course) ignores any productivity gains that such devices give to people.
