Visio and Microsoft's Cultural Differences

Looks like Microsoft might have a bit of a problem trying to integrate Visio’s employees into their culture. It seems as though Visio prides itself on treating its employees very different from Microsoft, and, in fact, that is how they used to recruit a lot of employees. Microsoft is fairly well known for killing any sort of independent culture within seconds of any of their acquisitions. Oh well. I guess they bought them for the products and not the people.
