Palm Block DaVinci Sales

Palm Computing has won an injunction against Olivetti to make them stop selling their DaVinci which is basically a copy of the Palm machine but for a lot cheaper. What’s odd is that Palm took so long to actually do something about it. I remember when the DaVinci’s first came out and the boxes even looked deceptively like the PalmPilot boxes.
