More Online Countries

A few weeks back we wrote about an online country that was going to be destroyed on September 9th. Now, just by chance (uh, yeah, sure), another online country will starting up on the same day. Of course, this new country is supposed to be Cyber Yugoslavia. It actually sounds interesting, and the guy behind it seems to have a good sense of humor about the whole thing.
