Egghead, Onsale to Merge

This has been rumored for the past couple of days. Egghead’s CEO George Orban will become chariman, while Onsale’s CEO Jerry Kaplan will act as CEO of the combined entity. Deal is a stock swap, though Egghead had amassed $160M of cash to try to buy their way out of the Amazon hole.
