CBSMarketwatch has an article about a new company that helps to find a middle ground for legal and insurance settlements. I think it’s a great idea. One of the first things you learn in negotiations is trying to find that “deal zone” to see if there is even a deal possible. That’s a long and difficult process, as no one wants to reveal too much to the other side. This system could save people a ton of time and effort. I also think there are probably a number of other uses for the system as well. Be interesting to see what they do with this one.
