How To Go Public Without Going Public

from the sneaky-sneaky-sneaky dept

Interesting article about a company that has no real business merging with a company that has no real chance of going public in an effort to give the currently private internet company a shot at the public markets. Doesn’t this seem a bit fishy to anyone? As far as I’m concerned these sound like two questionable companies trying to pull something over on someone. How long before they start issuing press releases where the mention every big name tech company around, just to drive up the stock price.
