Being sparse with your Facebook information could give the impression that what is entered must be correct. But being abundant with what is entered & and including all sorts of wild things such as attending Schools in far-off places and hanging with royalty and saving small kittens from burning trees and donating your money to the expansion of teleportation, gives the impression that what is posted could OR could not be quite so accurate.
Make things believable and people will believe. Make things unbelievable, and people may not.

When it comes to "company oversight by their own means" vs "company oversight by the government", I choose Option #3, OTHER. And if available, Option #4, which is "none of the above/bypass."
A silly thought just occurred, but if business licenses were like a domain names and if you forget to renew/refile it someone else could "squat" on the name until you pay up to get it back.
Many flyers cite that these machines were roped-off and not being used on that day. Where is the press in noting this important piece of information in their news about "opt-out day being a failure"?

So the 17-year-old son of the lawyer for the defendant just happened to find the comment on Facebook... or was he searching for "dirt" to dig up on any of the juror's by searching their names on Facebook/Google. "Dirt" for, you know, a mistrial of some sort?
Im sure that by not having a mistrial, this outcome is somewhat better. But by fining the juror and having an essay written, is in my opinion, a bit over the top.

"whaty is the point of joinging a social network if you don't wish to share information?"
...to see all the information that other people have shared? Some people contribute while others prefer to just lurk.

From "Married with Children", didnt Kelly Bundy once clip 100 "K"s from news papers and magazines, and Al interpreted that as Kelly having "$100K".
My point, legally controlling an acronym is not the same as legally controlling and abbreviation... or is it?

Was it just "permission" that Activision gave to the King's Quest fans or did they give something else? Like attention and renewed interest...
Interest in a fan-created version could also possibly mean interest in the entire King's Quest saga. /looking forward
