Bill for the Users
Why isn't there a push for a bill that would guard against the likes of SOPA? A Firewall Bill that promotes the anti-SOPA sentiment.
Rep. Chaffetz sounds like the kind of guy that would a least get the bill some press, that's all it took for SOPA to get pulled.

Regardless if you believe in a Creator or not, why do you think an "absolute right" must be written? A Natural Right is an Absolute Right. A Legal Right is something that Govt can strip away if they see fit.

Regardless if you believe in a Creator or not, why do you think an "absolute right" has to be written? A Natural Right is an Absolute Right vs a Legal Right that Govt can strip away if they see fit.

All these can be attributable to Govt regulations more so than Capitalism. Govt IS the monopoly, price fixing, price gouging, vender lockout, (money wasting) rip-off, deceptive, collusive, killer drug approving, unfair business practice MACHINE of all time.

That’s exactly what I said. The unintended consequences of regulation caused S Korea to shoot itself in the foot. I was sarcastically pointing out that setting, what always looks like “appropriate and sensible regulation” at the time, has caused more damage to the world than Capitalism ever could. The disastrous regulations of N Korea, Cuba, the Soviet Block & China have killed 100’s of millions more than Capitalism.

Govt getting it wrong by setting “appropriate and sensible regulation” is the point of this post. S Korea destroyed competition for IE with regulation, currently making things worse than if the unregulated market had been embraced. I can’t understand how you can think a bunch of bought off bureaucrats are more incentivized to "get it right" than the likes of Steve Jobs and those with Billions at risk. The numerous TechDirt posts about the current regulatory assault by Govt on the “Free” Internet (SOPA, ACTA, TPP, CISPA) should be example enough. Regulations limit choice and destroy wealth, thus destroying freedom.
I know that Steve Jobs could have done more with $1B than any of those idiots in DC could have done with $100B.

Capitalism vs Central Planning
Capitalism fosters competition, bringing about choice and lower prices. Govt hates when people can choose.
Govt & Socialism foster monopolies, bringing about lack of choice and higher prices. Central Planning always has unintended consequences, as stated above.

Small Businesses
This is exactly what the 28M small businesses in the US do everyday.
They seek customers in multiple ways, provide a quality product and customer service to build a client base. They compete for eyeballs/ears which keeps them nimble and hungry. Capitalism at its best.

I wonder how a letter or phone call to the BBB would go over?
The BBB might not post the complaint, but they will adjust their rating and list the number of complaints against the company.

The Oil Boom is the reason North Dakota is doing so well, not the bank. The state is collecting record tax revenues from the drilling of Earth Killing Oil which it is depositing into the state bank. Without the oil, ND would be a 19th century agrarian society. North Dakota = DRILL, BABY, DRILL.
Greece, Portugal & Spain are all spending above what their economy’s GDP can handle.

Why don't the union people start their own company if corporations are so evil? What's stopping them?

As long as the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) controls the TSA, We the People get the shaft with bad service and window dressing security.
SF International Airport should be the model we follow. They are private, give incentives to their employees and have a better record than the TSA of finding “real” threats.
