  on UK Man Convicted Of A Crime For Letting Drivers Know They Should Slow Down To Avoid Speed Camera

  Sounds similar to the problem of feeding coins to other people's parking meters to save them a citation.
  
  Some authorities claim the meters make sure parking spaces are vacated and the good samaritans are interfering.
  In many municipalities however, there is no penalty for feeding your own meter - just other's.
