wow apple has the patent on safety scissors too? Must have made a bundle on that one. I heard that they also own the patent on the wheel and are suing the auto manufacturers, tire, bicycle, cart, jitney, bus, truck, train, lift truck, Russian Tractor, circus wagon, paddle wheel, steam ship (retro for perceived damages) Grist mill, windmill, Don Quixote (for fencing with a windmill causing damages) and all medieval torture device manufactures using circular spinning, cranking or wracking devices...Now we know what a company run by lawyers looks like.
Where have y'all been? You've got it all backwards. Those aren't privacy concerns at Facebook those are social networking enhancing features....you see it every time the Facebook updates the site and resets your security settings. "We've made these changes to improve the social networking experience". Really, it's the world according to Mark...too bad they forced the Zuckerberg action figure off the market. that would have been an improvement to the social experience.
the problem being, that now they will have or assume the right to use the kind of Draconian copyright protection that will break hardware. Like the Windows EULA, you no longer own what you paid for, you are paying for the disc not the content. The good news is that the revolution will not be televised sparing us watching all the lawyers lined up on the wall executed.
