Is the tattoos would qualified for work for hire ? You hire somebody to do a very unique specific design for a single purpose ? In that case, the artist waive their copyrights. I also thought of the same thing of the wedding photographers, but maybe in the contract you signed copyright could be assigned to the artist and not to the person hiring them.
I remember specially that clause in my wedding photography contract. I never been tattooed so I don't know if they even have contract. I'm guessing that for the most famous of them they do have contract. In this case, I would imagine they put that the transfer the copyright to them and make sure they are not work for hire.
Just a question should somebody under the age of 18 should have his/her parent present when questioned by authorities ?
The article didn't put the age of the kids, but I would think that at least under 13 you can't have an armed officer with the director without somebody to assist the child.
If they were actually willing to learn, they would take a step back and work with the government of Guyana to come up with a pricing plan that would actually work. Of course, that might be too much to ask from some companies.
These companies don't negociate. It is much easier to listen at the lawers telling them that they have a case of easy money. They are not working for you, but for their pocket. They get paid win or lose, so for them they want to have conflict between as many people as possible. There's plently of examples on Techdirt to support this.
The real persons that will benefit from these laws are not the designers, not the consumers but the lawyers.
They will start a fight for every piece of cloth that you thing you have copied right or wrong. There's enough stories on TechDirt to see that any other protected industries are suffering from these lawsuits.
I can really understand why you would like to keep it quiet for few hours. Having such a vote in the east could lead you to vote for the winning party in order for you to have chance to elect an MP that will be minister. That will give you move visibility to you local region.
I used to work for that kind of company. I was watching the television all day long to get any mentioned on the customer we have. At this time, it was more for public relation management, but I can imagine that the services were beefed up with the recent years.
For 8 hours straight, I was listening, to 2 radio stations (one French and one English) as watch one or two TVs. During the night, two guys were coming it to do the same on the magazines and the newspaper. I'm glad I'm not doing this anymore.
For the internet, you have some alert services like Google to help you manage your PR on the internet.
What about service liked OpenID, Facebook Connect and other services by Yahoo and Microsoft. What about service aggregator like JanRain? The passwords are located on their servers. They use a callback method to give you access to the sites. This will but everybody using this technique to be guilty of not keeping the password. But you can't have it.
Anybody know that the person that wrote the application doesn't need the password to look into its database. I can only see that since the regular people use the same password everywhere, with one password you can get into other services to dig more dirt.I'm pretty sure that if you dig hard enough on somebody else past, you can find him guilty of something.
If I remember correctly, TED stand for Technology Entertainment and Design. The conference are now covering way above the mentioned category.
I qualify these conferences as ways to improve human conditions on earth. I watched a large number of these conference and I got inspired after that. They have conference about a very wide variety of subject.

Will the patent hold if I want to calculate the number of passenger in a Greyhound bus ?
What about patenting the average calculation and sue every primary school in the USA. At 1500$ for a settlement, that will rack up a good sum of money.

The ban is not permanent. You have few hours to hold it up for yourself. The election times were staggered a bit as shown by election Canada.
