  on Why Did Pandora Sign Away Its Right To Petition The Copyright Royalty Board For Lower Rates?

  Makes me wonder if a provision like that is even legal.
  
  That said, Pandora should at the very least be embarrassed. And down the road, when RIAA fees rise and erodes Pandora's quest for a profitable business model, they will have no one to blame but themselves.
