Look seems as though John Mayher, Jason Mraz G. love and a ton of other musicians are bypassing the record companies and doing it on there own -- if you haven't in a while, check out Archive.org
making statements like this
"...but that still does say that they could get a warrant to enter people's homes for marketing signage. Why, exactly, should that be allowed? On personal property, if someone puts up a "guerrilla marketing" sign, shouldn't that be their right?" by that comment you are under the assumption that everyone has the right to do and say as they please,
this is not necessarily so. Your mileage may vary dependent on the country in which you reside
list of politicians that plagiarized AT&T's work along with any campaign contributions made to them by AT&T.
In Short if I had to choose between the lessor of two evils Google would be my choice AT&T is only competitive because they were made to be competitive by the Government. let us not forget they are the ones that got away with pocketing the federal tax for the war of 1812. their morals are non-existant
First off Vermontster as a name has been around longer than monster energy drink -- growing up in that part of the country I find it amusing that some one would even try to sue over a local verbiage dispute but then again being from new England I'm wondering when my use of "Wicked" will be called into question
in the past there was a saying that for every bad expirence 27 people will hear about it. the 27 being family friends and friends of the aforementioned. now it seems that has grown exponentially with the advent of the internet and surf by reading
I find said device and destroy it or do other felonious things with it? Can I be charged with a crime for removing a piece of "my Vehicle" and placing on say a migratory fowl or a black bear or driving over it with a bulldozer?
I think there is more than the 4th amendment to be considered here placing such a device would mean that your personal property was accessed with out your knowledge. Could this be considered breaking and entering by the police?
I think there is a lot more at stake here than just the 4th
nice write, but your missing a bigger picture here
DHS has jurisdiction over 200 miles from any entry point in the US.
This is particularly troubling when you actually look at what that covers (a very small area in the center of this country)
I was never a conspiracy theorist until the last presidency ended and some of their tactics came out
Fan base will start to drop off for a few reasons
1. If I'm new to the area how will I know whats available for entertainment unless the local news hypes it by writing a story or a news blip on TV
2. so many people will be thrown into jail for discussing the game at the water cooler, because they don't have the express written permission of the sports authority
Isn't this getting a bit ridiculous that everything having to be worth something or belong to Someone
that your telco can only direct your calls to commercial/emergency entities it deemed appropriate because it didn't like how others conducted business, Or hadn't paid for routing to their number. Mark my words this is the beginning of a ride on a slippery slope that I certainly don't want to take.
How long before they squeeze out companies like Vonage just because they can degrade network performance for that particular vendor that is in direct competition with comcast voice service?
