Well as a Canadian I think there are several points
1) Our Northern Replubican gets his marching orders from the USA. As Haroper himself said "I don't care what goes into the new law as long as it makes the American's happy"
2) He takes American plotitions so serious he copys their play book.
3) He wants stricker laws but, yet he canm't obay the laws we already have.
It is the new Amerika! where the TSA says; "Please get you travel papers ready while we molest your wife and children. It is just another way to protect your freedom."
The new USA. Just don't go there and avoid the fuss.
So what will happen when the kids pay for one $30 copy and then copy and upload it to the net 120 minutes after release?
And it won't matter how much DRM it comes loaded with because it will be still easier to 'cam' and sync it off the 72" LCD TV then it would be to do it in the theater.

You know, if you do that and then hang it in a frame on a gallery wall it just might be.
A weak form of art (in my opinion ) but art none the less.
