  So, since ol' Jack Thompson has quit gunnin' for the games industry and hung up his six shooters of crazy, it looks like PETA is putting on the black clown hat and floppy over-sized cowboy boots to take his place.

  Fine. Just give away a Samsung tablet, or a product from one of Apples other competitors.

  Surely this is at heart a speech issue. The doctor has the right to advise a patient in anyway he wishes, as long as the advice is not directly harmful. It doesn't matter if it is moralising or not.
