Wow what a gross overreaction. I used to go there and read the photoshops... guess I won't now for fear of a lawsuit with no warning...
Let's hope it's sooner than later, and someone finally stands up to them, saying that if you distributed it to those users, then it's legal.
And, since (as copyright defenders constantly remind us), copyright is not a "right" but a "defense" (and there are reasons why this isn't quite true), all people can do is offer an opinion on whether their uses were "fair" or not.
Shouldn't that be "Fair use is not a "right" but a "defense""?
And make it where it's illegal for lobbyists and such to basically bribe politicians to get laws written the way they want. It's government for the people by the people, not for the cash by the corporations, although it looks to be going that way.....
