I am patiently waiting for the day someone with lots of money and an attitude does this... “takedown requests are sworn statements made under penalty of Boldperjury for false claimsBold.”
Looks like the dung has finally hit the stall.
geoblock Florida in protest. The page that Floridians get directed to should explain to them why, and that they should contact their state government for an explanation.
Yes, the police department has to pay. Not with their budget but paying with the funds in the police retirement account.
Any corporation that is caught charging bogus fees need to be fined 2x the amount that they gather with those fees. No argument accepted. Laws need to be made that address this kind of activity (like that'll ever happen).
Good example of a fine would be doled out using the Frontier example in this article.
"Note that Frontier has 3,735,000 broadband subscribers, each paying $4 a month in completely erroneous surcharges. That's nearly $15 million in bullshit charges in just one month, or $180 million in dodgy revenue every year."
$30 million per month x the number of months they have been doing this plus an additional $5 million per month cumulative for every month they continue the practice. This will be payable in CASH and NOT stock or the equivalent.
No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
In a bad mood so I'll just leave this here.
$5 million is no where near enough.
Republicans, Democrats or US Citizens definition of wrong?
I understand why they exist and their significance as I have had to sign a few during my career.
READ and UNDERSTAND it thoroughly before you sign. If you don't understand what it wants you to agree to then pay a lawyer for their professional opinion on it if you feel the need to.
I wish her well and hope for the best with contesting the NDA as seeing what I've seen of this administration it needs to be investigated in every way that can possible happen.
I live in Rome and the connection here has been superb. I remote in M-F to my job in ATL and rarely have any problems doing remote support, IP telephony and callingtaking calls. Where I get bogged down is after 8pm when I start surfing, playing ESO and other games as well as the SO watching Netflix, Amazon, etc. I have the top tier whatever that is.
it is a common phrase used by the general public to refer (a) to any situation that requires making a series of unguided choices, or that provides an opportunity to go back and re-make a series of choices that turned out badly.
I've been doing that with saving games on a computer since, well, the early 90's.
Here's a list for US carriers. Not sure how accurate it is given it's from Wikipedia. [Link]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_wireless_communications_service_providers
They have training?
Oh, I know it's not just here but overseas as well, can't happen soon enough. Think about what they could do with that saved money if they funneled it back into research. Not just UC and the ones from the article but all of the universities that jump ship.

How about a static banner at the top stating the same as the popup and have it show on every page even when you scroll through a page.
