There is nothing wrong with bacon. Everyone thinks something is because the FDA lied to them. You don't remember the FDA, those folks who said trans-fat was good for you. Saturated fat has not been shown to cause heart attacks. That's fructose. So enjoy your bacon. It's good for you.
The only way to stop this kind of abuse is to sue any and all bogus takedown notices as copyright infringement. Issuing a DMCA notice for material you do not hold the copyright for is infringement and should be subject to statutory damages.
The way to fight takedown claims is for the copyright holder of bogus claims to sue for statutory damages for copyright infringement. A bogus takedown infringes on the copyright and should carry the same penalty as other infringements.

Of course. If the drug companies cure you, you stop buying their drugs. If they only treat the symptoms, then you buy their drugs for the rest of your life. Guaranteed return business. And if their drugs have side effects, they can sell you more drugs to deal with them.
Cocoa beans are loaded with things that are good for you included saturated and monounsaturated fats. What's bad for you is all the sugar (carbs) they add to cover its bitter taste. You should only eat chocolate that's 70% or higher cocoa.
It would appear that we have reached the limits of what it is possible to achieve with computer technology, although one should be careful with such statements, as they tend to sound pretty silly in 5 years.

Patents are a privilege, not a Right. Patents exist to encourage innovation. Clearly, they are not. It's time to get rid of them.
Intellectual property is an oxymoron. Ideas belong to the commons. The law even says so. Patents are a violation of this. But they were suppose to make things better despite the violation of the peoples' Right to ideas. They do not. It's time to get rid of them.
