  on New iPhone Connector Port Revealed, Thus Wiping Out Several Generations Of Accessories In One Fell Swoop

  Has anyone give thought to the fact that maybe this new connector is compatible with the mini/micro USB standard that Europe is pressing all new phones to support? Remember that from a while ago where they want all phones to use the same charging plugs?
