  ...Sounds like it could apply to the Record Industry. They're losing their ability to control what goes public and they're keeping their heads in the sand wishing it would go away.

  on Congress Moves Forward With Useless Patent Reform That Won't Fix Any Real Problems

  Congress, congress, congress. I keep telling people, "if we voted them in, then we can vote them out"...so to speak.
