Lawmakers will weasel this bill through somehow, that's what they are being paid (by Hollywood) to do. Later on after the country turns ballistic and the law is overturned, the lawmakers can say well we tried, thanks for the money anyway
is Google doing anything to fight this? seems like little to nothing. They have tons of money...can't they pay higher bribes to the congress members than the RIAA is?!?

This action confirms what everyone has been saying, SOPA isn't needed the US Govt can already deal with foreign websites.
