I've said it before and I'll say it again, Darryl types like he's drunk. His arguments make as much sense and you can't reason with him. I think he's secretly upset that DH mentioned OOTB in his post and forgot all about him. He's been ousted as resident retard so he broke open the liquor cabinet and now he's furiously typing out his frustrations.
Jesus... I dread reading the comments section on Techdirt, it's almost always just a sea of anger and vitriol, on cracked.com the authors are at least occasionally congratulated or complimented (albeit amidst a sea of "lol fag" and "lol nazi fag").
Anyway, for what its worth, thanks, Mike, for doing the research and encouraging open debate. If it weren't for blogs like these a lot of these bills would pass without any real public knowledge at all.
I think the most amusing aspect of this whole thing is that District Judge J.P. Stadtmueller would have had to sit through at least one showing of a video where an effeminate man repeatedly expresses his wish to be anally raped, and then through a showing of similarly themed video but this time with the cartoon character of an 8yr old boy.
I think the second vid (the south park episode) is embedded content from Comedy Central, depending on your region it may not be available to you. Could explain why I get the German version; "Wo, wo, in den Po".
