So, we are to imply that just because you cannot navigate their website that they're lying? Try again.
No, if you look at the link you provided which I obviously saw before I posted, is that it says NO WHERE on there "click here to see 3G coverage". The only option they have is for "Broadband Coverage". That could mean anything, including 2G etc. If you bothered to look at AT&T's coverage maps, their map that includes all "broadband" data coverage including 2G etc looks almost identical to Verizon's "broadband" coverage map.
So in answer to your question, no...we are not supposed to assume they're lying because I can't navigate a website, we're supposed to assume they're lying because you can't read a website and just assume what they're saying in print means what they imply in some stupid commercial.
On top of that if you read the fine print underneath the maps on Verizon's site you get to this nice little tidbit:"Some of the coverage area includes networks run by other carriers; some of the coverage depicted is based on their information and public sources and we cannot ensure its accuracy." So even if all of that coverage is 3G, it's not even all their network.
Although I agree that AT&T is stupid for suing over the ad, I call the ad bullshit. I don't believe that Verizon has 3G coverage over 90%+ of its overall coverage area. I believe they're just showing their overall data coverage map(ie including "edge" type areas) and comparing it to AT&T's 3G only map. Notice if you go to Verizon's site they provide no 3G only coverage map and the link they provide to the 3G comparison is just a copy of their tv ad. That and if you compare the maps they show in their tv ad their map shows way more than the "5x more coverage" than AT&T's. Just my initial thoughts from when I saw the ad myself.
Actually the gamers section would go up to about 35 there. It was my generation that started off as kids with the Atari, Nintendo, intellivision and Commodore and I'm 31.
I bought this game a couple of weeks ago off of Direct2drive when they ran their 5 year anniversary sale and had this game among many others on sale for $5. My kids love this game, so it was worth every penny.
Q. What authority does the Business Software Alliance have to conduct audits and levy fines?
A. The BSA has no independent law enforcement authority of any kind. Its rights are derived from a power of attorney provided by its member software companies. Those companies have rights created by their software license agreements and under the laws protecting copyrights.
Oh and I forgot, if you don't have the ability to prove ownership of those boxes of cookies with the proper license then you have to pay a fine for each individual cookie in every box.
The station was violating the Eagles trademarks by putting their logo's, helmets, pictures of players etc on a bunch of promotional items for the radio station.
If by "promotional items" you mean tickets then yea. Otherwise what the hell are you talking about. I read the first several pages of the complaint via link provided and the only thing they mention is using the tickets to the game for promotional use.
That's what I was thinking too. Why doesn't this "Radio Station" or in Doug's case the "TV Station" just call out the team for what it's doing. I'm sure a whole bunch of bad press will take care of the issue right quick.
Both in engaging in the debate AND pulling the plug. The latter could prove to be her biggest statement yet.
If by biggest statement yet you mean that she knew her argument was garbage and that she let herself turn into a mouthpiece for EMI/Major Record labels, then yea, it was her biggest statement yet.
Re: Re: (as minijedimaster)
What about "Notice if you go to Verizon's site they provide no 3G only coverage map" didn't you understand?

A few well placed blog stories about how the AP hates islam will also "take care of" the AP problem.

How is it possible to determine what is "illegal" content being downloaded without invading peoples privacy and monitoring everything?
Thus negating ANY net neutrality they were supposed to have in the first place. Good question.

That's it! I'm going out to the torrent sites right now and downloading and sharing every WB made movie I can find!

What does Rush reporting satire on Obama have to do with Microsoft and Fox? WTH are you talking about?

The Beatles, as a band, stop producing content 30 years ago.
Acutally, they broke up as a band about 40 years ago now.

they're still one of the better energy drinks out there
Are you kidding me? I'd rather lick the ass out of a menstruating skunk that drink that stuff. Worst tasting drink EvAr.

Actually it's the Girl Scouts that sell the cookies. They Boy Scouts just show up afterward and ask if you have a license for those boxes of cookies.

Well depending on whether the Mayan's were right, it could very well be a "fun" year.

Just because Station A and the Loogies have an agreement does not mean they [Loogies] have a legal right to stop other stations from doing giveaways.
