When developing marketing materials, you always have to get signoff from the people you are using as a case study. Usually they are your existing clients. Even when they are, and you've done the work yourself, if you use them in your own promotional materials without their knowledge and consent you can face legal difficulties, not to mention customer-relationship issues. <br />
