Too many people have been harmed by things like "revenge porn." You can thank women like Holly Jacobs for putting a hotter, more human face on what's wrong with Section 230. Women voters are outraged that websites use 230 to protect themselves against revenge-porn charges.

Section 230 should never have been passed, and anyone who dismisses the pain of those whose reputations have been ruined by it can thank thejmselves for the inevitable overreaction that is about to come from Washington.
Then again, I've never been faced with a situation of such importance to other people, so I can only hope that would be incentive enough.

...the importance of specific "dots" is also subjective. If investigators are looking through portions of your life, no matter how good a citizen or human being you are, they will find something they could decide is relevant when seen in the context of other "dots".

Meaning, the reason there are supposed to be a great deal of barriers to collecting "dots" is because the greater number of "dots" they have, the more likely they will find one that subjectively fits their analysis objectives, even if you have nothing to do with the type of crime or scheme they are looking for.

Of course it's not getting much attention, because regardless of how the government tries to spin the decision, by claiming Manning "aided the enemy" the are essentially stating they consider the American people the enemy (which is why, like Snowden, they rarely name a specific "enemy", just "potential terrorists").

Hence why I think Prenda and Steele's strategy of filing in multiple jurisdictions and hope a Judge doesn't smell the stench coming from there cases and get's tossed is coming back to haunt them.

I am of the belief these were tossed because they were mot in the proper jurisdiction, hence the strategy of filing in multiple jurisdictions and hoping they get a blind judge like they get in crooked old in St.Clair County to rubber stamp it.

Got to like Mr.Harris though, he may not be very tactful in his filings but he isn't about to roll over and die. I bet Prenda wishes they would have not sent Mr Harris a settlement letter
