Good post: Updates us on a really important issue. Pay for Delay is a criminal exploitation of a broken patent system.

When it comes to Pharma Patents, the whole system inflates costs for Healthcare tremendously, and as a side effect, kills those who cannot afford the outrageous costs.

It's a shame that the first post is more inane drivel from OOTB, followed by good meaning people trying to pacify and pet the fuzzy troll.

Microsoft culture can be seen in everything they do. It is all about the needs of Microsoft and never about the needs of the customer. This is the main reason they are losing market share in everything in my opinion. The personality of the company has always been one of selfishness, bullying, and fear. I don't like their attitude. I don't like the way they do business.

BTW, I feel exactly the opposite about companies like Google and Amazon. They make mistakes, but their hearts are in the right place.

All i want is to have a system where i can play my games and not worry about drm or any other problem. Sony and Microsoft have lost my support but at the moment if i was forced to choose i would choose a ps4, but it is very close now , the reason is that Sony has been a bitch, as i said, to customers just like Microsoft.
If Samsung and Apple get there fingers out of their butts i might just end up buying one of their systems.

Red light camera's do work and improve safety, but only if you use them correctly. That means, using a lot of them. Here in the Netherlands there's an automatic camera at virtually every red light. Individual camera's maybe increase accidents, but if most red lights have camera's you'll learn to anticipate.

Maybe there is also less tampering in the Netherlands because the country goverment receives the ticket income, but local government decides on the location of the camera. A nice division of power, which should be standard in governmental affairs.
