"I'm not able to view video at work"

She was fine at the start, but when she "paced" (walked along with) the male and then the female officer it was spooky behavior. Then she confronted them.

The cop asked her to stand "down there" rather than the 5 feet away she was when she was argumentatively questioning them. (Her first question was possibly legitimate, and she got a sufficient answer to it "Safety check". Her second question "who's safety is in danger" was subjectively argumentative. She refused to move and refused to give her ID.

I'm quite good here with the cops, again. I should have to recommend that a watcher stand at least 20 feet away (30 would be better), not pace around the cops, and not harass them with rhetorically questions, and lastly comply when the ask you to move away.

In this case, it might be sufficient to be concise. "She confronted the cops. She shouldn't have."

Modern aircraft no longer use hydrolics with pipes traveling the length of the plane, they use a fly by wire system where computers send signals to hydrolic units. Until all aircraft are rewired with sheilded cable to prevent intrussion of signals from your electronic devices there is a possibility of causing problems with the planes flight control. If by chance it happened while flying at 35,000 feet there is plenty of room to correct the problem but not so while taking off and landing. The new true 4G wireless systems actually present the most danger to the aircraft. The true 4G system CAN and do jam GPS signals (operates in L Band or over 100khz frqs) so I'm sorry that turning your toys off inconvieniences you but shut up and deal with it.

Now can we discuss the slippery slope of vague, rights limiting regulation?

No one in the thread, or Tim, has claimed sexual assault isn't a problem, or an affront to civil society and individual dignity. What people are claiming is that the rules are too vague, and too restrictive in terms of limiting first amendment rights.

Additionally, I will claim that implementing this draconian rule will have no impact on the frequency of sexual assault, nor the damages wrought on its victims. What is needed is more civilized behavior in the form of immediate negative reinforcement of better behavior on criminals caught in the act.

If I had to guess, the reason for the quash is that the producers don't want details of the show's production to be revealed. Everybody knows that the producers of these shows edit things together and otherwise manipulate the outcome, but kind of like pro wrestling used to be--we all kind of ignore it in the interest of being entertained. If details of the manipulation come out, such as, "the producers planted those spoiled veggies," or what-have-you, it may ruin the viewer's ability to suspend disbelief. Even though Amy has zero credibility, reality show producers aren't exactly high on the list of trustworthy people, and the things she may reveal may ring true enough to hurt the show.
