California has three kinds of manslaughter under Penal Code 192. We can neglect the third kind, vehicular, under 192(c). Even if there's some kind of trail, it doesn't look likely that the victim got run over on that trail.

I'm sure the above was intended to be a jab at those less fortunate, however, it is also applicable to most corporations who pay minimum wage, less than full time and no benefits. These corporate entities rely upon the taxpayers to make up for what they deem to be not their problem.
