But none have a practicable boundary, let alone solution.

Definition of intrustion can't be limited to only when above your property, let alone when the drone operator is in sight, or known. Also, shooting one down even if over your property will only lead to tangles that you don't want. -- Just ask Iran about the grief they've gotten for shooting down spying US drones. -- And the notion that you're going to mount your own constant air defense is silly.

But there IS an easy definition of spying even in a public space, and that's when stopped or practically so to focus on one location; applies to people, Google Glass, or drones.

Passing by might be okay (unless spying is the only purpose, as Google Streetview), but when stopped to ogle, it crosses over the creepy line. (And for the nit-pickers, that can be stretched when a public event, such as police arresting someone, but Google Glass in constant operation at a cocktail party, or a drone hovering in residential area has to be considered firmly out of bounds.)

- GEMA is not a for-profit organisation. Every license fee is being distributed to the members.

- top artists get more money because their music is actually used and licensed more and in more places and for higher fees. There's nothing conspiratorial about this, it's the success that puts them and their licenses in this position

- all these flat fee licenses being paid are a terrible thing and we in GEMA resent it wholeheartedly. We want clear per use accountability. It's the licensee that prefer to not pay per use but rather have a flat fee.

the DMCA has been nothing other than the Congress sponsored entertainment industries method of shutting down anything and anyone they didn't like, regardless of whether there had been any wrong doings. it was purposefully left as it is so that those industries could do maximum damage in all instances and have no recourse against it when it had legitimate sites or items closed/removed. if they were made to pay for all the wrong instances, there would be many more legitimate items and sites still flourishing, as they would have taken much more care over the closures wanted and not wasted money. the really annoying thing is, if the situation happens in reverse, all hell is let lose and law suits started by the industries demand ridiculous sums. it shows how one sided the law is and, to my mind, why it was introduces as it is, a payback from Congress for the lobbying and campaign contributions to them! typical of today's politics but disgraceful none the less!!

The problem with a lot of discussions here is that the people who oppose the articles rarely bring any of those things (although the times they do are often very enlightening).
