Cost Most Important Factor In Choosing Carrier For Europeans
A new study says that cost and coverage are the most important factors in choosing a mobile operator for European consumers. That would explain a lot of the success of no-frills MVNOs there, but as they proliferate, competing solely on price will become more difficult. The firm behind the survey says that data services are growing in importance, which makes sense, as operators will soon need something other than price to differentiate themselves from one another. Hopefully they'll find some data services other than video calls.
