Flarion Wins Another (Small) Deal
While we're expecting some people to go on and on about how this isn't WiMax, it looks like Flarion has been able to sign up another provider to offer its FLASH-OFDM technology. It's a small rural provider in Virginia -- so this is hardly a major deal at all. However, with all of IP Wireless' deals lately and these announcements from Flarion (not to mention the various 3G offerings), it does look like the wireless broadband space is finally starting to pick up some real momentum.
