Your Phone As A Web Server... For Local Communications
Nokia has come out with a sensor that will turn your mobile phone into a webserver of sorts. At first it might not be entirely clear why this makes sense, but they're using it for local person-to-person communication. It's a webserver over Bluetooth, basically. This way, if another Bluetooth phone connects with yours, it can see information presented in HTML that you've stored on your phone, such as personal information you want to share, or even an index of information available for them to look at on your phone. It's a simple idea, but one that could be quite powerful.
