Why Canada's WiFi Plans Don't Make Sense

Oh, Canada. While they got some attention this week for finally setting up a WiFi roaming system between Rogers, Telus and Bell Mobility, some are pointing out that none of it really matters as long as the prices are so high. It still seems that companies haven't figured out that the value proposition for most users of WiFi isn't so high that they're willing to pay $10/hour for it, or almost any kind of subscription fee if they're just going to use it every once in a while.
