Yahoo's Mobile Game Offering
Yahoo's making some news this morning for buying Stadeon, a maker of technology to let people play multiplayer games across different platforms. In other words, someone on a mobile phone could play chess against someone sitting at a computer. This is yet another step towards realizing that the two worlds of the mobile internet and the stationary internet are increasingly merging -- and trying to wall off and control the mobile internet is just going to get more and more difficult.
