Sierra Sued For Making A Bad Phone

There are lots of reasons that people come up with to sue companies, but this attempt at a class action lawsuit against Sierra Wireless seems like a stretch. Clearly, Sierra had a bad quarter, missing their numbers and all of that. But, to get a bunch of people together and sue the company for that bad quarter by blaming their inability to make a good Voq smartphone seems like a stretch. However, if it works, just think of all those other companies you'll be able to sue just because they made awful products that didn't help the bottom line.
